My fitness programs are designed with a holistic approach & view. The body is used as a whole. No single part can be separated off by itself. Everything has to be strengthened to work together. The body & mind work together as a whole. The sum of the smaller parts come together to form the greater whole. We focus not only on training & strengthening the body by working out, but also properly fueling & nourishing it. The mind & spirit also have to be fed with love, relationships, work, play, etc. It is all connected, it is all ONE. A wholesome body ~ mind ~ spirit is key to an effortlessly flowing lifestyle.
