WEEKLY SCHEDULE

A suggested schedule is posted every Sunday. Each day has a suggested workout from the library, as well as a cardio exercise for most days. You’ll also see inspired prompts that get you to reflect, connect + sometimes get out of your comfort zone.

Each month we have a specific theme or focus. Each weekly class/workout, as well as each weekly mantra will be aligned with this monthly intention. This allows for expansive, purposeful, wide-awake living.

The weekly mantras are aligned with the theme/focus of the month. Each mantra is sent straight to your inbox as a beautiful, inspiring image that can be downloaded + saved as a reminder throughout your week.

MONTHLY CHECK-IN

At the beginning of each month, we’ll check in to see what’s not working, how we can make changes, what we’re grateful for + what our goals + intentions are for the month ahead.
