Members get unlimited access to the online library, with one new video added every week. You’ll find vinyasa, hatha, and gentle yoga, meditation, HIIT/cardio, tone + sculpt, strength training + barre workouts.
A suggested schedule is posted every Sunday. Each day has a suggested workout from the library, as well as a cardio exercise for most days. You’ll also see inspired prompts that get you to reflect, connect + sometimes get out of your comfort zone.
Each month we have a specific theme or focus. Each weekly class/workout, as well as each weekly mantra will be aligned with this monthly intention. This allows for expansive, purposeful, wide-awake living.
