Let’s get moving! This fast-paced flow is designed to get you out of your head and into your body, as you get your heart rate up.
We’ll warm up with Sun Salutation A and spice up our Sun Salutation B variation with plank work, followed by a warrior flow.
Show up as you are and work it out on your mat as we move through crescent lunge hop-ups, mountain climbers, lunge hop switches, side planks + more.
And as always, feel free to take a moment to set an intention before you start the workout — maybe using this week’s mantra: I choose to show up as I am and be real.
