This new 30-minute vinyasa/cardio flow practice uses strong, flowing movement, twists + breath work to cleanse + reset body + mind.

We’ll move through sun salutations, squat cross-over crunches, a fun yoga burpee variation, and a yogi-squat to runner’s lunge flow that will get your heart pumping. Plus plenty of twisting postures to rinse out + core work woven throughout. We’ll end with a plank cleansing movement using the breath, thread-the-needle, a seated twist + deep side stretch. Enjoy!
