Here’s your Weekly Workout Schedule ♡

Let’s start fresh this week + live fully every day with intention + purpose. Again, feel free to use the schedule exactly as is, or change it around to make it work for you.

Two things I suggest for making this weekly schedule really benefit you:

++ Start your day with a morning ritual. This can include meditation, your weekly mantra, setting your intention + your yoga/workout video for that day. Then perhaps you do the suggested run/walk/cardio portion on your lunch break or in the evening. (Or the other way around.) Read more on creating a morning ritual here.

++ Find an accountability partner. Get someone to do the workouts with you or check in with each other after you do it on your own. Most of us are much more likely to be more disciplined this way. You can also check in with me on Instagram or Facebook. I love seeing that you’re doing the workouts + practices!! When you share your experiences, you build support, community + connection which is magical.

How can you create space? What do you need to let go of?


TUESDAY

YOGA

Total time: 40 minutes

Buy yourself some fresh flowers for your space.


WEDNESDAY

HIIT + WALK

Total time: 50 minutes

Go past your comfort zone. Let the magic set in.


THURSDAY

RUN + YOGA

Total time: 55 minutes

What do you have a hard time accepting about yourself? How can you practice embracing those imperfections + flaws that make you uniquely you?


FRIDAY

TONE + SCULPT

Total time: 35 minutes

 Open up + let the real you be seen. You are loved. You belong. You are authentic. You are free.


SATURDAY

HIKE + WILD CARD

Total time: 30+ minutes

Call a family member or friend. Tell them you love them.


SUNDAY

STUDIO CLASS

Total time: 30+ minutes

Ask someone to go to your studio class with you! 🙂
